Intro to Weightlifting

If you’re looking to start improving yourself with some weight training, this guide is for you! I started my gym journey with little knowledge of muscle groups, exercises, proper form, etc., and now I have the experience to help teach others. I’ll walk you through my weightlifting routine step by step, while explaining everything that you’ll need to know to feel comfortable & confident in the gym.

I am not a personal trainer, nor is this a one size fits all program. This is simply what I’ve been doing since I began my fitness journey in 2023, and I’m hoping it can help others. I’ve gained a considerable amount of strength & muscle, and learned a thing or two along the way. Everything I share with you here comes directly from personal experience – I understand how intimidating it is to be a beginner and not know where to start.
