I train mostly calisthenics with some weightlifting thrown in to keep my workouts different each time 🙂
I don’t stick to any particular diet, I just try to eat a good amount of protein while still enjoying all of the food I love
Joined my first gym in February of 2023
I’m 5’6″ / 167cm, & generally between 115 – 120 lbs depending on various factors.
