My Fitness Journey

I began my fitness journey in 2023, initially focusing on weight training, but quickly discovering my passion for calisthenics. Now, I combine both weightlifting and calisthenics in my routine to build strength and master challenging bodyweight movements. In November of 2023, I launched my Instagram account to share my progress, where I post updates on both my physique and skill development. Some of my favorite exercises include pull-ups, muscle-ups, and handstands, which I’m constantly working to improve. I don’t compete, but I find a lot of fulfillment in setting personal goals and pushing myself to achieve them.

Now, I’m excited to be launching my fitness program to help others learn the dos and don’ts of weight training and calisthenics for beginners. My goal is to guide others through the same trial-and-error process that helped me grow, sharing practical tips, techniques, and insights that can make their journey smoother and more rewarding. Through my program and social media, I hope to inspire people to embrace fitness in a way that brings them joy and helps them reach their goals.

I don’t stick to any particular diet, I just try to eat a good amount of protein while still enjoying all of the food I love

I’m 24 years old, 5’6″ / 167cm, & anywhere from 114 – 118 lbs depending on time of day, if I’ve eaten yet, menstrual cycle, etc
